Every family’s needs are unique, and so are the ways I serve. From the first prenatal connection to the sacred moments after birth, my role is to ensure you feel confident, informed, and deeply cared for.

Each package is designed to nurture your emotional and physical well-being while helping you prepare for the birth experience you envision.
Whether you prefer comprehensive care with multiple prenatal visits and postpartum follow-up, or a simpler plan centered on labor only support, you’ll find an option that fits your family’s needs.

Personalized prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences and comfort techniques
On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks
Continuous in-person labor and birth support
Immediate postpartum care and emotional guidance after delivery

Birth Doula Care

🫶 Emotional Support

Offering continuous encouragement and reassurance during labor.
Helping the birthing person feel safe, confident, and supported.
Creating a calming environment (soft lighting, music, grounding techniques, etc.).
Supporting the partner or family so they can also be involved and at ease.

🧠 Informational Support

Explaining options and procedures in clear, non-medical language.
Helping parents understand their birth plan and make informed choices.
Encouraging communication between the birthing family and medical team.
Providing evidence-based resources before and during birth.

🫂 Advocacy Support

Supporting the birthing person’s preferences (not speaking for them, but amplifying their voice).
Helping ensure their wishes are heard and respected when possible.

💪 Physical Support

Guiding and assisting with comfort measures like:
- Position changes
- Breathing techniques
- Massage or counter pressure
- Warm or cool compresses
- Use of birthing tools like a ball or peanut ball
Encouraging movement to help labor progress naturally.
Helping maintain comfort whether unmedicated or with pain relief options (like an epidural).

👶 Before and After Birth

Prenatal: Meeting with the family to discuss birth preferences, answer questions, and prepare for labor.
During labor: Being present from active labor through birth for continuous support.
Postpartum (immediate): Assisting with initial bonding, breastfeeding support, and helping the family settle in after birth.

1 virtual prenatal planning appointment and birth plan writing, in person Labor and Birth Support Only ($800) *up to 24 hrs on continuous support

Plus Package -
1 Prenatal Planning appointment to write your birth plan and go over comfort measure prior to the hospital, continuous labor and birth support ($1500)

Premium Package -
2 Prenatal Planning appointments for comfort measures, birth plan writing, mini child birth education class, and in depth answers to your questions about your upcoming birth day, continuous labor and birth support ($2000)
