Dear Parents,

My name is Allison, and it’s an honor to walk beside families during one of life’s most transformative seasons, the journey into parenthood. As a birth doula and mother of two, I know firsthand how powerful, emotional, and beautiful birth can be. My goal is to help you feel calm, supported, and confident as you welcome your little one into the world.

Before becoming a doula, I spent years working closely with newborns and families, learning just how unique each baby and each birth story truly is. Those experiences, along with my own births, have shaped the heart of how I care for families: with patience, empathy, and gentle guidance.

I am Certified through Expert Rating and CPR and First Aid Certified, including Infant CPR, so you can rest assured that safety and preparedness are always at the center of my care. More importantly, I strive to bring peace and steadiness into each birth space creating an environment where you can focus fully on your experience, your partner, and your baby.

 

Being a doula is more than a profession for me  it’s a calling. It’s a privilege to witness strength, vulnerability, and love unfold as families grow. I look forward to supporting you with warmth, reassurance, and care that feels truly personal to your story.
